Recently, I tried new products from Sephora and I’m in love with them all. I usually buy the same make up and end up kicking myself for not stepping out of the box. I find it hard to branch out while making an online purchase. But let’s be real, visiting a Sephora store with a 9 month old is a death sentence haha.
So to start, I have discovered a holy grail for concealer. I used to use Dior way back when and then Mac. I do love both still, but this “Bye Bye Under Eye” from IT Cosmetics is unreal! I’ve always had terrible dark circles because from birth I’ve never been a great sleeper and since the kids my nights of good sleep are numbered. So this pure magic is an instant under eye boost! A little goes a very long way, it instantly brightens, and it’s a great texture that doesn’t settle into my fine lines. I’m in the color medium and it is a tad light but I love how it brightens my eyes. I was thrilled when I realized how amazing it truly is! It immediately makes me look wide awake when I always look like I could use a nap 🙂
Next, is the Glam Glow YouthMud Face Mask! I love that when my face needs a restart button, this mask does just that. I typically do masks once a week. This one is great for those with uneven texture and dark spots. I love the tingle feeling it gives your face. It’s been the perfect addition to my new anti-aging arsenal.
Lastly, is this pretty unexpected discovery from Bobbi Brown. So it’s not so much a concealer as it is a “corrector.” The name alone sold me haha. I wear the color bisque. I wear it a few different ways; the first is alone and then with a translucent powder and the second, I apply corrector and then concealer on top. Sometimes I just dab a few spots under my eyes and pat with my beauty blender! It covers the dark purple very well and does not feel heavy under my eyes.
This was the most successful Sephora purchase I’ve had in a long time and I couldn’t be happier.
